| the ministry of commerce (mofcom) released, on july 27, announcement no.42 of 2012, deciding to take provisional anti-dumping measures on imports of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and diethylene glycol monobutyl ether originating in the u.s. and the e.u. according to articles 28 and 29 of 《anti-dumping regulation of the people's republic of china》, the ministry of commerce decided to take provisional anti-dumping measures of levying deposit. this provides guarantee to develop domestic ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and diethylene glycol monobutyl ether. |
